Please follow these steps to point a domain to Bigcartel:
- Log into the Domain Name Management System
- Click the domain to update
- Click Domain Address Settings
- If Custom DNS is already on for your domain, you can skip this step.
If you are turning on Custom DNS, read the warning, agree to the Terms of Service, and click Enable
- Click Add New Record
- Select CNAME (Parking) from the Add New Record menu, enter this information, and click Add Record

Points To: yoursite.bigcartel.com (replace yoursite with the name of your site)
- Click Forwarding
- Check the box Customize Sub-Domain Host, enter this information, and click Add Forwarding

Destination URL: www.example.com (replace example.com with your actual domain)
